For over fifteen years I have worked where business meets technology, and today I lead transformation initiatives: I turn management objectives into processes, systems and measurable results.

In complex projects I am the link between management, business stakeholders and technical teams. I direct the whole path, from analysis to delivery: I clarify objectives and responsibilities, manage priorities, dependencies and risks, and check that every phase delivers the expected value, measured against indicators agreed with the client.

Why DISBIT

DISBIT grew out of my experience in managing complexity, where business, organization and technology must converge. It brings together the ability to synthesize, the habit of spotting the critical path early, the meticulous way I work, a method refined over years of practice and one rule I never compromise on: quality work.

The logo tells the same story. The cuts run through D, I, S and B, the phases where you analyze, design and simplify. IT stays whole: technology comes last, and it is the solid part.

I have led digitalization, automation and data analytics programs in industry, logistics, energy, services and public administration, in Italy and abroad. I work as an independent consultant and, when a project calls for it, I team up with selected technology partners while remaining your single point of contact, from analysis to results. I also assess whether a project may qualify for grants, tax credits or subsidized financing.

What innovation is

A new or changed entity, realizing or redistributing value.

The definition in ISO 56000, the basis of innovation management and of my Innovation Manager certification (UNI 11814).

That’s why, in a DISBIT project, technology is never the goal. What counts is the value it creates: time given back to people, errors avoided, decisions based on reliable data.
